Ingredients
1/2 can of pumpkin

1/4 cup nut/seed butter of choice

1 cup of full fat coconut milk

1 tsp. pure vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. mace (optional)

1 tsp. raw organic honey or sweetener of choice (optional)

1-2 tsp. gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water (optional)

1 cup of ice
Preparation
Place all ingr edients in your blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses, gar nish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and some coconut cream.
